“Eleusian Lullaby” is a harmonious, serene collection of acoustical improvisations with voice, psaltery, zither, cithara, bells, metals and field recordings by Alio Die, aka Stefano Musso. Music wise, it follows in the footsteps of his previous recordings “Mei-Jyu” (with Jack and Jive) and “Apsaras” (with Amelia Cuni). The slowly meandering, earthy sounding soundscapes on the three extended tracks have a trance-like impact. Fans of drone music with an strong organic and vibrating element should make sure to check out this recording. |
