This is another chapter in the series of ambient music Brain Eno is known for.
The cd (part of Eno’s “Quiet Club” series) contains a 44:52 minute section from the “Civic Recovery Centre Proposal” installation at the Hayward Gallery in London in May/June 2000.
In fact, Eno has recycled some of his former music, as the music strongly resembles of what is heard on “The Shutov Assembly”: the music is constantly evolving, offering sustained piano & bell-sounds, sampled voice and spiritcatcher-kindred sounds.
This is background ambient in the first place.
