The sonic trail running smoothly through Bryan Carrigan’s fifth album “Inspired” radiates a positive and uplifting message. The latter refers to finding inspiration in everyday life, go with the flow, finding balance and being more appreciative to the tides and times as life unfolds. The emotive, more mainstream-oriented instrumentals are kept simply and to the point, although there’s actually quite a lot going on in the transparent, excellent mastered and produced sound spectrum. Although the rhythmic tracks found here offer a pleasant variety, the essence and beauty is best expressed on the pure textural pieces. |
