“Dream Furious” is CC:Dome’s second release, an EP with 29 minutes of fine and attentively composed electronics. Compared to the Crown Invisible project from the same label, CC:Dome’s previous Ep already displayed a more adventurous approach, this time it’s even more captivating, profound enchanting and almost dreamy. The disc features five significantly different arrangements (with or without rhythms) of one theme (DR 8 -12), but performed with great finesse and originality. Art of Noise’s “Moments in Love” popped up in my mind as a reference. Anyway, this is undoubtedly obligatory stuff for every Em-fan I reckon. Both sound design and production are finger-licking good. |
