“Moonscapes” is the debut album of the Houston based duo Cyber Zen Sound Engine, aka the anonymous duo GraceNoteX and Smith6079.

The music contained on this album is what I would describe as progressive, cinematic ambient with a slight high-tech touch.
On several occasions, the imaginary soundscapes get company of modified e-guitar, fx’s and rhythms, creating a rather surrealistic, but never dreamy atmosphere.
Toward the end, more effects and industrial sounds start to show up more frequently, which makes it less enjoyable in my opinion.

So all who love to try something new in the genre of ambient music, make sure you check out “Moonscapes”.
