This German duo already knew each other for quite some years through various encounters on festivals. They also did a live-set on the Klemdag 1997 in Nijmegen. According to the press-sheet, “Dreamspheres” (chill out in space) captures their best collaborative works. Well, anyone whose looking or hoping for deep space music like Jonn Serrie can ignore this release as the featured 60 minutes are fairly melodic and easy listening in nature. There are many unexciting flute and solo voices, it all sounds very plain and rather uninteresting. |
