Here´s a recording for all who enjoy floating ambient soundscapes that wander gently and slightly majestic through the womb of the universe. The 36-minute drifting journey -inspired by the moons of Jupiter that form a satellite system called the Jovian system and the vastness of the cosmos- is the collaborative effort of Australian’s Science of Sleeping (aka Matt Tondut) and India-based composer Spacecraft (aka Rishi Bhatia). The fully drifting outcome featured on the 8-tracks feels like a warm, soothing blanket, an overtly relaxed aural space where the elements are in balance while the wonders of the ethereal spectacular pass by. I’d say this excellently mastered release should be on the list for any afficionado of lush ambient/textural music. |
