“Inspiring Silence” is a four-track/18-minute EP by Secondface, aka Frank Vilbæk Jensen, containing both dub/down-tempo and spherical tracks. The first two tracks have a dreamy, chill-out flavor, and are lead by a slow but steady sequencer patterns and lofty rhythms. It forms an airy, atmospheric and transparent sonic canvas, uncomplicated but effective. A mourning feel is created on the non-rhythmic “Away and Alone” and “Missing”, both rounding out the release in a quiet, contemplative manner. This Ep makes nice relaxing mood music. “Inspiring Silence” is available as free download in 320kpbs MP3 format from Archive.org or the site of the Kopp-netlabel. |
