Steve Roach – Stormwarning

This is the second re-release (but the “third” version now available as 24 –bit remaster) of Steve’s live-album “Stormwarning”, a dynamic live document that originally contained two long tracks.

When it was re-released in 1992 on Lektronik Soundscapes, a third track (“Aftermath”) was added to the original SoundQuest-release as sort of bonus.

This time, the third track is a 21-minute outtake from Steve’s concerts in Germany in February 1991, where he performed after an invitation of Elmar Schulte.
The track captures the beautiful atmosphere and impact as heard on his classic album “Dreamtime Return”, but now transferred in a more soundscape-like form.

All in all, this is a great release and an absolute must-have!
