“Galaxy” by Dutch synthesist Francois ten Have (aka Synchronized) marks the fifth release in Groove’s GR1000 cd series.

The 64-minute album consists of eight accessible, melodic, sequencer-spiced and rhythmic tracks inspired by and addressing the cosmic theme. On various passages, with the exception of the rather superficial, too easy-going sixth track, I felt the sound of the outcome has a lot in common with those of German general-melodic EM. Besides that, I especially like the powerful/driving current in the music.
The outcome is the nothing extraordinary but a well executed effort that will appeal to a wide Em-audience I reckon.
